AIYIMA offers a 30-day return window for all high-fidelity audio equipment and electronic components to ensure your complete satisfaction with your sound experience. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our technical support team via the online portal or email to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  Technical Review

  Our engineers will review your request within 48 hours to provide troubleshooting steps or issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the device securely in its original anti-static packaging and box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the hardware for functionality, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
